PV EPC Project for Jiangyan Dayang Precision Machinery Grid-Connected Successfully

Wuhan Building Material Industry Design & Research Institute Co., Ltd. general contracted by the State Energy Jiangsu New Energy Technology Development Company Jiangyan Dayang Precision Machine PV project successfully connected to the grid. The project adopts the mode of “self-generation and self-consumption, surplus power on-line”, and it only took 45 days from the design to the successful grid connection, which is 75 days earlier than the contracted period, and has been praised by the relevant units.

Shandong Kunyu Aggregate EPC Project Passed Performance test

Shandong Kunyu Aggregate Project, general contracted by Wuhan Building Material Industry Design & Research Institute Co., Ltd., successfully passed the performance test. The project is invested and constructed by Shandong Kunyu Rock-based New Material Technology Co., Ltd. to process 2 million tons of limestone production line per year, including limestone processing system, material conveying and storage, auxiliary production facilities and living and office areas, etc. The project is expected to be completed in 2024, which is the first time for Wuhan Building Material Industry Design & Research Institute Co., Ltd. to invest in the project. The project breaks ground in 2024, Wuhan Building Material Industry Design & Research Institute Co., Ltd. gives full play to its high-quality and efficient project organization and management capabilities in general contracting of sand and gravel aggregate projects, and rapidly pushes forward the construction process of the project to achieve the project to go into operation on schedule in the same year and quickly achieve the production capacity to meet the standard.

Completion of equipment supply and installation for several overseas projects

Wuhan Building Material Industry Design & Research Institute Co., Ltd. has successfully completed all the installation work of the equipment supplied for the projects in Uzbekistan, Kazakhstan, the Philippines and Egypt. Among them, the Philippine project has realized the transformation of equipment manufacturing process of “integration, assembly and lightweight” through the comprehensive upgrade from R&D and design optimization to electromechanical deep integration, and the delivery cycle has been greatly shortened from 120 days to 90 days as agreed in the contract, which has brought about a leaping enhancement for the production efficiency of calcium silicate board equipment.
