　　Subsequently, Zhou Yuxian and Tsinghua University signed a contract on basic research, personnel training and other aspects of cooperation.

　　Zhou Yuxian: We choose the industry's leading partners, from basic research to applied research and development to large-scale popularization and application. Really make high-tech materials, high technology, can enter the common people's homes. The signing of the two strategic cooperation agreements also reflects the two ends of the force.

　　Zhou Yuxian: Over the years, we have made breakthroughs in low-carbon cement, high-end composite materials for aerospace applications, carbon capture and storage for 'dual-carbon', as well as some industrialized transformation projects.

　　From the low-heat cement used to build the seamless Baihetan Dam to the 30-micron foldable glass that leaves no creases, innovation is non-stop. In the past, we were 'necked in' by materials, but today, materials are opening up a new track.

　　The hydrogen storage bottle wrapped with carbon fiber is like a battery block, and after filling up with hydrogen, a group of three will have a range of 1,000 miles. Thanks to the breakthroughs in domestic carbon fiber technology and production capacity, a production line for hydrogen storage Ⅳ bottles is ready for mass delivery before the demand for hydrogen passenger cars is released in large quantities.

　　Zhou Yuxian: We have to layout some forward-looking R&D projects in advance. Instead of investing more money in 2024, in 2024 we will take a more open stance and gather social resources to focus on the research and development of new war products.
